1. Orders & Payments

   
   

   • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience. Payment must be made in full to the delivery agent upon receiving your package.

   • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before confirming your order.

3. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

   
   

   • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled after it has been shipped.

   • Refusal to accept a confirmed COD order may result in suspension of future COD service for that customer.

   • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery, only if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

   • For hygiene reasons, lashes, nails, and beauty accessories cannot be returned once opened or used.

   • In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos or videos as proof.

   • Refunds for COD orders are provided as product exchange, not as cash refunds.
