- Exchanges are accepted only if the item is unused, and in its original packaging.

-  Returns accepted only for damaged or wrong items.

- For hygiene reasons, Nails and Lashes Products that have been opened or tried cannot be returned.

- To request for exchange, Please contact us via WhatsApp with a clear photo of the item as proof and show the condition of the item.

- Once your request is approved, our team will arrange pickup.

- Refunds for COD are issued for exchange only not cash.
