1. How can I place an order?

You can place your order directly through our website or by contacting us on Instagram or WhatsApp. Once confirmed, we’ll prepare and ship your order within 24 hours.


2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery across Morocco. You can pay the delivery agent when your package arrives.


3. How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a message once your order is shipped.


4. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We’ll arrange an exchange once verified.


5. Can I return or exchange my order?

Exchanges are accepted only if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, nail and lash products cannot be returned once opened.


6. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, our team will send you a tracking update or contact you through WhatsApp with delivery details.


7. Do you ship outside Morocco?

Currently, we deliver only within Morocco, but international shipping will be available soon!
